    The drive thru guy was rude and when you pulled up in drive thru to order he says what do you want not how can I help you. And when we got home we got some one else's order and ours

    I am shocked at level of unprofessionalism! I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The fish was barely warm but the fries were cold. I politely returned the fries because they were cold. I few moments the lady came back with fries. You could see the steam coming off the top. I ate a couple and they were piping hot. I drove 2 minutes and got on the interstate and dumped them out in the fish container to eat them better. Behold, she had dumped out just enough fries to put hot ones on top gave me back the same cold fries. It was obvious because of the difference in color texture and of course the huge temperature difference. Unfortunately, I was headed to an appointment so I couldn't go back to the store. I called the number on their receipt several times and no one answers the phone. Very clear why their franchise is struggling. Just a sad experience. If I had cursed her out or was rude I could understand. I was actually apologetic for asking for fresh fries that were not cold. I didn't even mention the barely warm fish sandwich. Unbelievable, how humans treat other humans. Update: March 3rd. I received a call from one of the store manager's two weeks ago after filing my complaint through the McDonald's website. Mgr said they would send me coupons and also refund me my money. Nothing has happened. She said really nice things on the phone but no action. 😔
