6 staff working, no customers in the drive through, I stood in the front for 5 minutes before leaving. I came in wanting to buy a dozen, looks like I’ll go down the street and take my money elsewhere.

I placed an order through Uber Eats this morning and was notified that the items I originally ordered were unavailable. My original order was for a Build Your Own Dozen, but the only replacement option offered was the Assorted Dozen, where the donuts are chosen for you.
When my order arrived, the donuts were very cold and tasted stale, as if they had been refrigerated for a day or two. For a $50 order, I expected fresh donuts, especially considering I did not choose the assortment myself and was required to accept the only available option.
Additionally, the frozen coffee drink I ordered had completely melted by the time it arrived.
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the order. It felt like I was given pre-made donuts that had been sitting in the fridge rather than freshly prepared ones. For the price paid, I expected a much better experience

Went to the drive-through at 6:30 at night and was informed after sitting there and made to wait for 7 Minutes that they are completely out of their glazed donuts, I mean the product that made the franchise popular and is the staple they couldn’t have some common courtesy to let us know that “we’re out of the original glazed donut” which I don’t understand how that happens at Krispy Kreme doughnuts, which that’s what you’re famous for

Whelp... all I wanted was a fresh perfectly chocolate donut, but this is what I got..
A thin rim chocolate glaze.
I don't normally go buy donuts. I hardly ever est them. This establishment is supposed to be the place to go. After all, that's all they sell. And this is what I get. 😢

I ordered online and paid 4 hours in advance for the Valentines special, to ensure my order would be ready at pickup time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it wasn’t ready and the explanation that I got was that they have been busy with lots of people coming in and buying them all up. At no point during the 4 hour duration, did they think to set my paid order aside so that it would be ready when I got there. This was frustrating, especially since I planned ahead as I live 3 hours away and was very excited to get these donuts for my children as a surprise..They offered me different donuts, however I opted for a refund as I specifically wanted the valentines ones for my kids. I hope this does not happen to anyone else that orders online and pays in advance. I felt as though my order never mattered and was never a priority to them. I will not ever go back there. That is not how you treat your customers. I hope the business improves their order management.
