- JPJim PriceNov 11, 20251.0Something's definitely up with the location, it might just be incompetent personnel & hopefully not honestly issues, but when you use the drive-thru and you don't get an order number or a receipt and find out you have shorted food don't be surprised. If you really feel compelled to use this location take your time and go through your order completely regardless of the size of order, if you don't have time for that then do yourself a favor and eat at another location.

I wouldn't even mind that the employees had zero customer service skills and didn't say a word to us during our pick up interaction if the burgers were on par with other Wendy's I've been to, but it's the worst Wendy's experience I've had.

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me so I left. Probably won't go back
- BHBrody HansonOct 30, 20251.0Oof. Rough start. They send a full page of coupons, but are firm on only letting you use one (I've never had this happen at a fast food place). The workers were a bit rude because I had to go through them to use my 1 coupon since I can't use coupons at the kiosk. I was excited for this place to open, and maybe they will chill out after they've been open for a bit, but I don't really have much desire to go back any time soon when there are other fast food places nearby that offer a much more enjoyable experience.
