During my last visit, I ordered two cheesy Chalupas and she politely asked if I wanted steak or chicken. I really appreciated her attention to detail, so I decided to try one of each. She confirmed the order, but then someone else abruptly talked over her in a rude, unprofessional manner, insisting I couldn’t do that. Not only was this incorrect (since I had placed two separate orders), but the tone came across as disrespectful and demeaning — both to me and to the employee who was just doing her job well. To be clear, I’m still giving five stars because of the excellent service from the woman at the window. She deserves recognition. However, I truly hope management addresses the behavior of the other staff member, because no employee — or customer — should be treated that way.
