And every time, without fail, Colin (apologies if I don't have the correct spelling) and the other sandwich artists will greet me with a warm welcome and my order ready to boot. On top of the great customer service, the spot is always clean, quiet, and well taken care of.

He didn’t ask what kind of cheese, or any toppings. The sandwich was tiny, and didn’t even fill me. It was a footlong that I ate in 5 mins. Idk why he works here, he doesn’t even give you what you’re paying for. 👎

But anytime I try to go through the drive-through I never get a response and then I drive around to the front and there’s a huge line inside. I understand you’re probably understaffed, but someone should at least come over the intercom and say hey I’ve got a few customers in here do you mind waiting a couple minutes instead of just ignoring people in the drive-through all together
