There are explicit instructions and 50% of the time the driver can't locate my apartment. I am old, and disabled and rely on grocery deliveries. I stopped having groceries delivered in the evening thinking that was the problem. I get deliveried ALL the time from other places and also from Safeway...BUT at least 50% of the time the driver contacts me and says I am not waiting around and I will be taking them back to the store? GET A DIFFERENT DELIVERY SERVICE! OR DON'T HAVE A DELIVERY OPTION! If this continues I will go to another grocery store that CARES about their customers.
