He was so kind, helpful & informative, 2-for the sweet young lady at the self checkout. She was extremely helpful and so nice. Self checkout can be a challenge for me at times. Her patience & help went above & beyond. The lack of stars are for the women working stocking the shelves on a no food aisle. The main one was stocking ziplock type storage bags etc. I asked for help finding an item I had been looking for & unsuccessful at finding. She let me know by her body language, facial expression & tone of voice she did not appreciate being bothered. She was rude & impatient. She was clearly older than the two previous employees I wrote about, but her lack of professionalism was surprising. Being that I have worked in the grocery store business I understand being tired & ready to be done with your shift. I also understand you don’t let your customers know this by the way you interact with them when they need help. Safeway ~ do better & pay attention to how your employees are treating your customers. Good & bad. With the cost of groceries nowadays, we are happy to take our business elsewhere!
