In line, the manager told us we were forced to download the app to get the discount, and we were not willing to make the others that were in line wait that long. Third strike...we've had several other experiences like this.The last one was two produce support staff that were speaking very loudly about making fun of someone who had asked for their help. Used to love safeway - now its not consumer friendly at all. Winco here we come.
