- TSTaj SFeb 16, 20262.0So much potential but sadly service sucks. We went in, sat down yo eat our meal only to over hear managers complain about specific employees and their performance. Wait, you just opened a few months ago and encouraging employees through challenges will help more than managers bad mouthing them. Over priced and not what we expected in a neighborhood place. Shady most of Reno Sparks is a chain restaurants Mecca and not in a good way. Let’s find those local mom and pops and support them !

Sat for several minutes and then left. If you are short staffed or something, at least ACKNOWLEDGE the customer and I would gladly have waited.

They have a delightful area set aside for children to play. Overall a satisfying experience. Ten bucks for a half sandwich and a bowl of soup. Worth the money.
