  This location is fairly new and it's understandable to be working out kinks....but I have been here 4 times since it's opening and have had an issue with my order every time. Anything from missing side items, ingredients missing and ingredients included when requested they should be removed. I hope they are able to correct these simple fixes moving forward.

  I come here every morning as a sips club member. Im also homeless. I tip them 1.00$ every morning and smile usually on a 3.00 cup of coffee. My two girls use their restroom every once in awhile. Nothing big or note worthy. HOWEVER!!!!! My youngest daughter has bladder control issues. One day she had to wait for a stall and cannot hold it for very long and had an accident. The girl attneding the bathroom YELLED AT MY BABY OVER AN ACCCIDENT! Ever since the workers (full grown adults) give her dirty looks. ALSO! They have accused us of "washing" in their restrooms....... the manager is a man. HOW WOULD YOU EVEN KNOW UNLESS YOURE HEARING DRAMA FROM DRAMA HIGHSCHOOL GIRLS? I've given these kids ample opportunities to make things right. They still act stuck up and holier than thou every morning. ONLY ONE GIRL there treats us like human beings. The rest act as though they own reno. Its disgusting to see. I hope these kids parents are aware they raised a bunch of mean girls. Thanks be to God we are catholic and see dignity in every human being. And worth beyond what this world defines.

  Ive been coming here lately, and honestly im disappointed in the service, they got my order wrong twice and both times they made it seem as if it was the customers fault. Didn't offer an apology or a free treat like it states in the reciept was overcharged also.

  Mayra order through UberEats, chose a fast delivery paid extra for it. Total order came out for $43. Estimated delivery was 20 minutes then 30 minutes. I’m a trucker. I could not wait for so long at the place where I was parked and I was getting late so I had to cancel the order and they charged me $30 for canceling the order. I’m not even getting the freaking food. They keep changing that delivery estimate time and order preparedness which messes up peoples time. Thank you very much Panera Bread for stealing 30 bucks for me and not even give me the food that I have ordered.

  Something needs to change at this Panera from the top down. The drive thru took 25mins for only 4 cars to be in it. This experience took soo long for food my child soiled herself in our car seat. When we finally got our order; I was assured it was correct by a rude young lady at the drive thru window as she shoved the bag into my window. When I drove off I noticed the bag was wet. Thank God I checked the bag! The soup lid was off and half of it spilled in the bag, my truck and myself. Great soup lid tightening training from Panera Bread. Reminds me of McDonald's coffee. Upon further investigation of the sloppy mess I noticed a sandwich was missing. I paid for it. Why did Panera Bread withhold my sandwich I wondered? So I went inside and was meet with a group of clueless high school students and their coward of a manager. This gentleman wouldn't even speak to me to resolve this issue and I assume spent most of his time crying in the back office. This leadership was concerning. His eyes were very bloodshot and he acted very jittery as he hide behind the assistant manager. I'd like to mention the assistant manager of this location handled the situation perfectly. The manager did nothing but disappear. I encourage everyone in the area of Spanish Spanish Panera Bread to rethink your meal plans after reading this. There are better options.
