Ribs, not meaty at all, and probably from yesterday, not fall off the bone, needed 3 more bread loafs to feel full, I haven't been to Outback in years. Now I understand why they're closing locations.

I went to dinner tonight and I have to say my experience with Cathy was very poor and completely unempathetic. From the moment she introduced herself until the end, she never smiled or interacted with us. She just took our order and brought the food, showing a serious lack of customer service and no desire to create a pleasant experience. When we finished dinner, we waited about 15 minutes for her to come to our table and had to ask another server to bring us some boxes to pack our food. When she finally came to the table with the boxes, her response was, "I didn't know you were in such a rush." It was totally inconsiderate of her to say something like that. I wasn't in a hurry, but I wasn't supposed to wait for her all night either. Unfortunately, you've just lost a customer at the Outback in Sparks. The food was delicious, but the service was terrible today. It's a shame to go out for a meal and receive such mediocre service.

This place pleasantly surprised me! The steak was juicy, the salads fresh, and the sauce hits just the right note - way better than the sour ones other chains serve. Cozy vibe makes it perfect for a date night or couple's outing. Definitely worth a visit!

Okay, so i just finished eating here for the first time in around 7 years. Back then, I told myself id never come back because of bad service and even worse food. But, whoever is reading this review, let me tell you, its a totally different experience.
I went here for a veterans day meal and they literally covered both mine and my wife's 3 course meals. We had a pair of amazing steaks, one medium and one medium rare. My medium rare steak had the perfect strip of pink in the center. It was succulent, charred perfect, and with the most amazing flavor when paired with the baked potato. Go here. Ill be adding pictures when I come here next time.

We told them upon arrival that we had a party of nine and were informed that our table was being set up. After waiting about 10 minutes without seeing anyone preparing a table, we asked again and were told to sit at two tables with six seats each. No one bothered to guide us to the tables, so we were left standing there awkwardly, as if we had to beg for our seats.
It’s understandable if the restaurant doesn’t have a table that can seat nine people, but I would have appreciated clearer communication and transparency instead of being left on the side and constantly having to check with the staff. If this is the treatment we’re receiving as a minority group, it’s truly disappointing.
