I am shocked at level of unprofessionalism! I ordered a fish sandwich and fries. The fish was barely warm but the fries were cold. I politely returned the fries because they were cold. I few moments the lady came back with fries. You could see the steam coming off the top. I ate a couple and they were piping hot. I drove 2 minutes and got on the interstate and dumped them out in the fish container to eat them better. Behold, she had dumped out just enough fries to put hot ones on top gave me back the same cold fries. It was obvious because of the difference in color texture and of course the huge temperature difference. Unfortunately, I was headed to an appointment so I couldn't go back to the store. I called the number on their receipt several times and no one answers the phone. Very clear why their franchise is struggling. Just a sad experience. If I had cursed her out or was rude I could understand. I was actually apologetic for asking for fresh fries that were not cold. I didn't even mention the barely warm fish sandwich. Unbelievable, how humans treat other humans.

Everytime I go in there it's super cold. I over heard a guest complain about the cold to one of the managers and they said they'll do something about it... they didn't. Not to mention I was sitting there enjoying my breakfast when the air conditioner comes on. The air conditioner! It was already freezing in there and they put the air conditioner on!? Also the little blonde girl that's a manager has a major attitude problem if you're a girl, but if you're a man she's all smiles and giggles.

It's supposed to be open at 5 am It's already 5:25 and they are not open or even taking orders at the drive trough don't come here.!!

I went through the drive through, the kid at the window was nice but when I got my order there was no meat inside my cheeseburger meal. I don't know how one can achieve this level of laziness but the employee sure did. There was definitely no line in the drive through but I was still asked to pull forward and wait and then receiving my order incorrect was the cherry on top, I will not return to this Vista location.
