Ordered at the drive thru and when I got to the window the worker said something I didn’t quite understand and I didn’t want to hold up the line, my mistake, I got the wrong order, went inside and politely and patiently tried to let them know i got the wrong order. MARIO very rudely said to me “Well I asked you at the window and you said that’s what you ordered”. I said it was my mistake and he continues repeating that at me 2 or 3 times. Very rude.

One of the managers (older blond)was so rushed and rude. She served others before us. When people walked up to the counter to order, she would make them use the kiosk rather than help them.

I was picking up a DoorDash order at 9 pm when they’re supposed to close at 11 pm… sent me through the drive thru, even though it was 2 drinks and I was already standing In The lobby. Then they for got the straws so I had to go back through. The whole time the manager and the basic team member, both young girls were throwing mad attitude at me. For no reason. Isn’t it their job to serve McDonald’s products? The girl was like “… you opened the bag?” I was like “ yeah, yall were acting hella weird so I had to make sure everything was cool. And of course yall didn’t put the straws in the bag…” I know it seems petty but those girls didn’t do what they’re being paid to do… they acted hella entitled and like I was an inconvenience to them…. It wasn’t even my order…
