Doesnt a mcchicken come with lettuce and mayo? Its literally two ingredients is it that hard to remember or something? Guy working drive thru was so rude too, my bf was very nive to him and he still had the worst attitude.

If you use the drive thru check your order!! Of the last twenty times I’ve used the drive through they have gotten my order wrong EVERY single time. They always fix it, but it would be nice to not have to hold up the line while you check your order and then show them it’s wrong. If they could just get it right the first time it would be great. Think of all the money they are scamming from people who don’t catch their mistake until they get home and then don’t go back to get it fixed

I discovered my order was wrong after opening it up at home so I called and spoke to the manager, Maggie. She told me to come on down and she’ll make it right. So I drove to the restaurant and Maggie went above and beyond to make my order right. She personally checked and bagged each item checking for accuracy. Everything was accurate and more than I asked for. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you for your great service Maggie!
