  I went there three times...1st time I ordered a sandwich which took 26 mins to be precise..and second time when I went it the staff at the register did not greet so I thought they might be busy so I waited 10 mins and then went ahead and asked if they are ready so I can place my order and she said yes...so that was very bad customer service and 3rd time my husband went in to pickup our order which we placed online and again...they did not greet...so think they need to train their staff..the food is great but the staff is not trained and bad customer service experience

  I originally ordered a DoorDash and the whole entire order got messed up , so I called the store and I spoke to the manager she was very kind and immediately want to help make things right . I went to the store she made the food and some. She fixed the issue .Thank you for taking it seriously and being kind about things made me feel comfortable to come back again

  Went in with my husband to order as we do usually once a week. His order is frustrating to begin with because taking egg off of a sandwich is difficult for some reason??? So we know going in that it’s going to be a frustrating experience. We order the same thing, every single time. I ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado, with no tomato and no avocado, add jalapeno salsa shmear. They never pay attention to No tomatoes so at this point, i’m prepared to just take them off. But this time it was COVERED in avocado and no Jalapeno Salsa shmear that I paid extra for. Normally i don’t say anything but this time was ridiculous. So i Called and Ashley answered the phone. She answered with an attitude and laughed at me when I told her my problem. I asked her why she had such an attitude and she continued to laugh and sigh like me calling was inconveniencing her day. I’m a customer service manager, and I would never let someone that lacks basic empathy or respect work for me, let alone answer the phones and be on the front line of the business. This location and staff need to do better.

  Disgusting 🫣 it was my 1st time getting some from there and it was a 40 dollar order and the food was so hard it could break your teeth, also looks not appetizing like the photos online, wont ever be going back and will not be telling people to go there.AND NO I WONT REACH OUT TO YOU GUYS LIKE IN UR RESPONSE!!!! I WOULD LOVE MY MONEY BACK, LIKE I SAID I WONT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN DIGUSTING FOOD AND MY EXCEPTIONS IS NOT THAT HIGH BY THE WAY!!! And for my review its updated a 1 star like this place deserves!!
