  This is the cleanest DQ I’ve ever been to, and they were methodically cleaning the tables and chairs while we were there. We will definitely be back!!

  I had not been to Dairy Queen in years, and stopped at the one in Carson City on a whim with my kid a while back, and I was surprised by how good the food was, it was like what Burger King should taste like if Burger King wasn’t terrible. Hard to explain exactly, but quite good. At any rate, my boy saw the ice cream cakes and was dead set on having for his birthday. Fast forward a week later, and we ran to the Dairy Queen in Sparks to pick out a birthday cake Saturday morning. While we were there we ordered 2 of the 7 dollar meal deals, which are a steal of a deal for a fast food meal these days. A burger, fries, a drink and a sundae for $7? Hard to beat. Anyway, after we ordered our meals we then ordered the cake, and that is when the customer service went into overdrive. The cashier, Justin G. made a big deal about it being my boy’s birthday, and I think every employee in the restaurant came by and told him happy birthday while we waited for our food and for the writing on the cake. Overall, one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I’m sure my boy will remember for some time.

  Tuesday around 11:15 AM I just got a mint Oreo blizzard. I didn’t catch her name, but there was this woman with red hair, she was so kind. Had some small talk flip my blizzard upside down and I had my blizzard within one minute from ordering. She was so sweet and was working hard. She needs more credit!!!
