- JCJoan CruzDec 14, 20255.0I received a coupon in the mail and visited this Baskin-Robbins location, and they accepted it with no problem. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it wasn’t busy at all. I also noticed they have a drive-thru, which is such a plus—I’ll definitely try that next time. There’s plenty of parking and seating inside, and they have a great variety of flavors, plus ready-to-go ice cream cakes. I loved my cone — I chose a cherry scoop with a peanut butter chocolate scoop, and the combination was delicious! Overall, a really great experience.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
