  Ordered from the new Plumb Lane location on Christmas Eve, and they forgot one of the orders of fries. And the fries had little to no seasoning. The traditional and boneless wings that were ordered were overcooked and dry. Tried it again on 4/2/26 around 7:30pm, and the only good thing was the nice cashier on duty. The parking lot was a joke, the dining room is ridiculously small, some rude teenage female employee who took forever in the bathroom left the bathroom dirty, and then proceeded to hog a table for 4 to herself (feel free to check the cameras, why would I bother lying), the music in the kitchen was so loud it was heard over the conversations amongst the diners, and after all that, we get home to have once again barely/non-seasoned fries, and overcooked chicken. I love the food & service from the McCarran location up by Safeway & Kohl's, but good g_d, the Plumb location needs to learn what Customer Service, cleanliness, and proper cooking are. We're sticking with the McCarran location, even thought it's three times as far away from us.

  Everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs, which is rare these days. They're all super polite and helpful, always ready to assist you, and their wings are always on point.

  Smantha was one of the best employees I run into coming in to wing stop for my first time in Reno , great customer service as soon as I walked in was greeted asked for specials got 30 chicken wings for $30 with the best french fries you could have from Wingstop. My total was $36 I was very happy. I was asked to take a survey. I could get a free ranch. I took the survey. Samantha is who offered it to me. I just wanted to leave at five star Review and a great review for the company itself. The food is good. Great workers.

  I went here for dinner one night i ordered to go and picked my order up, when i got my fries they tasted like they had a different seasoning so i just simply asked the workers for fresh ones and the worker not only questioned what i wanted even after i said “can i just get fresh fries? “But after he questioned me he stated “sorry i just don’t know what you mean” and proceeded to eat one of the fries in front of me. Very confused on why he did that because what would have been the solution after? Of course at this point I’d need fresh fries because you just took a bite of the food i ordered¿¿? Made no sense i stated “eating it is crazy do you not trust me? And what would have been the next step you return that to me or now you definitely have to make fresh ones”. Very unprofessional I’ve worked food service for years and never seen anything like that in my life. My opinion just pick another wing stop luckily i got my fries in end but my appetite was definitely ruined after watching a worker eat them??

  It can get crowded in there at times. They have four tables but staff is always helpful and super friendly and helpful. Food is always ready when it say it will be if not sooner.
