  Service is fast, food is great and it’s clean. Waaaaay too expensive though! $$$$$$$😝 Strangely, I left my water bottle there and a few hours later I realized. Unfortunately, I live about 5 miles away and their phone lines were down. So I had to drive all the way over there just to see if it was still there. Interestingly it was right where I left it on the table. Gas isn’t getting any cheaper so I sure hope their phones are fixed soon, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  I’m not exaggerating when I say they forget the bacon every time. Every single time. Last time I went there, I just had a feeling so before I left I checked and sure enough, no bacon, and the replacement burger? Stale, cold, dry, disgusting. Usually it’s decently fresh here but this was a disgrace to taste, I don’t even think I’ll be back. I’ve lost all trust in this location.

  Wendy's 5th street, Reno Nv.. The meat was not fully cooked. I threw it away. Ot made me sick!

  Crazy Hispanic lady came in and yelled a bunch of filthy names at my wife. My wife understood a few of the words being said. We thought she was on the phone. After she turned to my wife & yelled at her, did we realize she was talking to my wife. A gentleman that spoke Spanish told us what she said. There's so many homeless people at this location. It didn't feel safe at all.
