  When I was in the drive-through, waiting at the window, the window was open, and I could hear them complaining very loudly about the customer behind me, and it was really unpleasant to listen to. I asked for my receipt politely as I normally do. It took them several minutes to figure out how to get how to get it printed, which was fine and I didn’t mind. But they were annoyed about it and when they handed it to me, they just shoved it at me and closed the window immediately without a word. Very rude and not great service. Maybe it was just a bad moment, but a manager should talk to the team about it about how to provide better service.

  Mobile order not through drive through and if so they can only give you one order when it’s close to UNR AND TMCC campuses

  They have messed up my order multiple time and they just have become very rude when you try to get help.

La atención del personal marca la diferencia: siempre con una sonrisa, amables y atentos, haciendo que el pedido sea fácil y agradable desde el primer momento. Se nota el buen ambiente y las ganas de atender bien al cliente. Un lugar ideal para comer rápido, bien y con buen trato. Buen sabor, rapidez y sonrisas que se agradecen. 🌮😊
