  I ordered a hamburger with no lettuce and extra onions I got the hamburger with extra lettuce and no onions I sent it back then they brought out a plane hamburger extra lettuce little onions nothing else on it so I asked for the manager and this very young girl came out with an adapted saying just what do you want. I told her a hamburger with ex onions and no lettuce she came back 10 minutes later with just a plain hamburger with nothing on it. She got really mad at me and left, and sent out a manual who said he was a dietician manager he looked at what was brought to me and grabbed it and thought it in the trash. Now I'm not a bad person I just wanted a hamburger with ex onions and no lettuce Im in a wheelchair and hating for my hamburger 2 Reno police officers came in and came up to me asking me what wad wrong I told them that I wanted a hamburger with ex onions and no lettuce and after 3 attempts I show the officers to the trash and showed them what thay gave me and that the district manager came and thou it in the trash. The police looked at the plain hamburger and told me that the restaurant manager was kicking me out and not to co.e back for 1 yr. Witch I did and on my way out the officers asked me did I get my money back I said no so the officers went the the restaurant manager to get my money back she refused im a diabetic and needed something to eat soon. The officers said to go access the street and I did the officers payed for my food. And told me that it was not my fault it was the girls fault. And that they were sorry for all the hassle.

  Took us 30 minutes to just get to the window didn't respond through the speaker after about 10 minutes of waiting at it after waiting another 10 in line seem to be serving everyone at the drive up menus but forgetting the drive thru can't blame them too bad this place is severely under trained and understaffed just close if you can't afford to run yourself properly and it seems this is not a one time experience judging the 100 or so recent reviews all having similar experiences.
