  My cheeseburger was cold. Had to go back and get ketchup. The limeade was good this time but they aren't consistent. The last time there was no sprite in the limeade only lime juice. And only a few of the order stalls are working.

  I went to get food tonight and was very disappointed. I ordered in a stall and waited over 20 minutes. I knew they were busy so I pressed the button just ensure our order was taken since I didn’t see it on the screen. The lady said they put in drive through. She came out and took our payment until then all was good. THEN she brings our food and throws the straws in our car and shoves the bags on my husband’s face AND throws the change in our car. Plus our food was cold. Never returning to this Sonic.

  No one in line and still have to deal with a rude lady in the drive through. Will not be going back to this location. Decided not to eat there and take my business elsewhere. If I could put zero stars i would

  3 visits in a row, I order double cheese burger with no pickles or onions and even get stickers on my burgers reflecting no pickles no onions and yet every burger is loaded with pickles and onions. 3rd and last visit, once again ordered no pickles and onions and I got pickles and onions. I had them remake it. The remake was loaded with pickles and onions and only had 1 slice of cheese and 1 strip of bacon. Never asked for bacon. This place went from a favorite of mine to a not worth my time or money. Nobody even tries or cares anymore..
