  This was one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. The line was extremely slow (the line was not so long). We waited for a very long time just to order three simple drinks: two hot chocolates and one orange juice. At the pickup window, a staff member didn’t come out right away. When she finally did, she asked for our receipt, which was unusual since the system normally sends the order automatically. We assumed maybe something wasn’t working, so we handed it to her. She took the receipt and disappeared. About 10 minutes later, a different employee came to the window and asked for our receipt again. We explained that it had already been taken. He seemed confused and asked who took it. We were in the drive thru line, so obviously there was no one else. I repeated our order, and he disappeared again. After that, we saw him chatting and laughing with other employees instead of preparing our order. Eventually, he handed us the orange juice, and later the hot chocolates. When we started drinking them, we realized they were not hot chocolate at all. It tasted like watered down coffee (a lot of hot water) with milk. On top of that, I found a black piece of debris and what looked like half of a coffee bean in my drink. That is completely unacceptable and honestly disgusting. Very disappointing experience.

  They gave me an iced coffee instead of a frappe, they gave me a medium instead of a large, and when I brought it up they refused to give me a refund or the right item.

  Filthy restrooms. A dog peed all over the floor inside and no staff cleaned it up. I brought my 4 year old granddaughter. A rude lady was being loud and using bad words at her daughter. The bathroom was strewn with poop on the toilet. Looked and smelled like it had not been cleaned in ages. A horrible experience. Nobody seemed to care about anything in there.

  The three of us had diarrhea after eating McChicken at noon today. From the time we got the food to when we started eating, less than five minutes had passed, and the McChicken was completely cold.we only eat this today

  too bad！I order on the app！tell me they don't have Filet-O-Fish！We request a refund. They told us to go back and get the physical card before coming back for a refund. and also we order 4 mac chicken only 3 in the bag！and also we order 40 pic of mc nuggets，They didn't give us any of the sauces we ordered. Moreover, anything other than coke tastes and feels terrible.
