  Delivery was great and got here quick. However the food was cold, I got no sauce, and the drink wasn’t filled (an inch missing)

  Don't stop here on your lunch break, waited 10 minutes to order my food. I didn't use the kiosk because I work on the road and needed to use the restroom, all the mcDonalds in Reno have moved to this stupid restroom code system for customers, which isn't provided by the order kiosks, so I must wait. Watched no less than 4 employees look right at me, ignore me, and/or walk past me to go toward the dining area. I understand that their employees are busy, but ignoring a customer is no way to run a business, the next person to come in after myself walked out after waiting an additional 5 minutes, during which I was still waiting for my own food to be ready. Very poor service. The food is alright though, so that's nice I guess.

  I constantly have issues with this McDonald's. Always running late. And I've waited 20+ minutes for an iced coffee and fry. And I asked why they made it smaller than last time the employee was just like idk. It depends on location. This exact location has gotten it correct before. So it varies by the time and employees not the location? Didn't provide a solution or anything. Im fine with an answer if it made sense. But I ordered the exact same thing and they can't be consistent with it

  Clearly understaffer of undermanaged... Tables were all, and I mean every one, covered in sauce/garbage. I waited 20min for my food. It took 15min to get a staff member to give me the bathroom code because this location has a locked bathroom for some reason. They gave me the wrong code. I left without getting my order.
