  Waited over 15 minutes for a simple chicken nugget meal. I can drink a drink without a straw but cannot eat chicken nuggets without sauce! Drove all the way back to get sauce for my now cold chicken nuggets. Mcdonald's customer care team leaves links that dont exist as they would love to help and know more. Laughable

  I do food deliveries, and at this particular time I really needed to go to the bathroom. I asked if I could use the restroom first and then pick up the order. The lady was not only rude to the person she was helping in the drive thru, she told me in a condensending way that I needed to accept the order before using the restroom. So that would mean that I would either have to leave the customer's order on the counter for someone to steal or take it in the bathroom with me. I also wanted to buy some food and she was rude about that. I have a suggestion, if you don't like your job, QUIT.

  If I could leave a 0 star. Would worst quality of chicken I ever had in my mccrispy chicken sandwich all 3 were stale and hard as if they were sitting for mutiple hours I don’t go back and try to get a refund because I can clearly tell that the lady manager does not care about her job

  Service was non existent at this location. Walked in and I was the only customer inside. Was never greeted so I walked over to the kiosk. Kiosk says I have to take my order to go. It was like 7:30pm so I am confused that they don't want any customers inside. So I was forced to go out on the outside tables in the wind to eat. I tried the new Big Arch burger....totally nasty and it tasted like something was wrong with it. At least I can avoid eating that burger ever again and maybe finding a friendlier McDonalds to spend money at when I choose to go to one.
