  It’s sad that the employees can’t do their job. When I ask for fries and you give 5 freaking fries in the box. Really? Is working at McDonalds that hard?

  I ordered food for here, and is the first McDonald’s that I ever been to that they don’t do refills on drinks.

  unprofessional with attitudes. I work food service too and I couldn’t imagine treating customers weird like that.

  Apparently your breakfast order gets automatically cancelled if you’re not there by 10:30, we were standing at the register at around 10:27 and like every McDonald’s in Reno no one’s at the front, by the time someone attended us it was 10:30 and they said they cancelled my order because I didn’t pick up before even though we had been standing there for a couple of minutes.🤦‍♀️

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered 4 McChicken sandwiches but was only given 1. I also ordered a 10-piece nugget, but only received 6 pieces even though I was charged for the full 10-piece order. I was very clear when placing my order, so it was frustrating to receive an incomplete order and still be charged for items I didn’t receive. Please double-check orders before handing them out, because customers expect to get exactly what they paid for.
