  They take forever. Also, they don’t get your order right. And the machine to take your order is frozen and broken. Would go somewhere else. They did give me the order free so I appreciate that. They are getting 1 extra star for that.

  When you order from a delivery service (Doordas, GrubHub, etc.) sometimes they will get the order wrong.

  I went to the Mt Rose Hwy store this morning. My hashbrowns were not even warm and I ordered a hot chocolate and got a cup of foamy milk. Tried to call them and they did not answer the phone. I am at work and cannot go back at this time. They suck.

  Took 10 minutes just to get someone's attention to the counter so I could place an order and then it took another 8 to 10 minutes for them to bring me my food at which point I discovered that they did not give me any utensils so I went back to the counter and had to wait another probably 5 minutes before I could get someone's attention again to get me the utensils and then I opened the food and realized that there was no syrup and so I had to go back to the counter and wait an additional 5 minutes during which time I was unable to get anyone's attention and finally gave up and left. No I'm not exaggerating about the time. I understand when people make mistakes what I don't understand is when people ignore the counter for a long period of time.
