  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a Jimmy John’s. Took them 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made, they were just regular #4’s add cheese. They still forgot the cheese and I’m glad I checked because they also forgot the potato salad. My bread was so hard that it was inedible. When I went in to ask them for new bread and cheese added I got the response of “this is the freshest that we have”. It was literally crunchy bread. Absolutely ridiculous after paying $35 for a meal and waiting 30 minutes.

  I ordered the pizza sandwich. Not bad at all. Small restaurant with a few tables. Nice nad clean. I will say that I was impressed with the serving size. I will oder frome here again. Good job.

  Music is often so loud you can't even hear yourself think. Lately they've been so slow due to chatting with coworkers that I could make the sandwiches faster at home. I saw a worker pulling down restocking boxes with a broom handle and tossing the boxes back onto the shelf instead of getting a ladder.

  I've ordered from other places that deliver and they had no problem delivering to me in my car so it looks like I'm going to be going hungry today because you guys won't deliver to a car. I have no way to go get any food and I was relying on you. I am security and I cannot leave my post. You guys suck, I will not ever do business with you guys
