Always a good place for a burger. But for the price I visit it rarely. Other burger places are better for its buck.

I have been eating at this Five guys for the past few years, previously being spoiled by their amazing DC locations. My experience yesterday was hardly worth a one star - after paying $25 for a hamburger and regular fries (with tip) and being almost hungry enough to jump the counter for a pickle slice or two , my food came out in a small bag, initially I thought they had forgotten my burger and then realized they just piled loose fries on top of burger. I asked them if this was right and the Mgr came nicely over and tried to fix it by putting my burger in a separate bag, with loose fries poured into another bag. I got out to my car and ate a fry, only to find them almost inedible, had I not been so hungry they would have most definitely ended up in the trash. Limp, undercooked and greasy. Then onto my burger with "all the fixins," only to find my burger dry and somewhat tasteless. I've been a big fan of Five Guys for several years across many locations. This experience has made me ask, why would someone spend $25 and drive out of their way for a take out like this? I won't be back any time soon!

I usually like five guys but today my order was not good. First they scooped my fries straight into my bag on top of my burgers and put a few fries in the individual bags for fries. Then my burger, the bread was soggy and the lettuce tasted and looked old. I will not being coming back to five guys again. At least not this location!
