- MSMatthew Smith4 days ago5.0Smantha was one of the best employees I run into coming in to wing stop for my first time in Reno , great customer service as soon as I walked in was greeted asked for specials got 30 chicken wings for $30 with the best french fries you could have from Wingstop. My total was $36 I was very happy. I was asked to take a survey. I could get a free ranch. I took the survey. Samantha is who offered it to me. I just wanted to leave at five star Review and a great review for the company itself. The food is good. Great workers.
- JMJordyn MartinFeb 13, 20262.0I went here for dinner one night i ordered to go and picked my order up, when i got my fries they tasted like they had a different seasoning so i just simply asked the workers for fresh ones and the worker not only questioned what i wanted even after i said “can i just get fresh fries? “But after he questioned me he stated “sorry i just don’t know what you mean” and proceeded to eat one of the fries in front of me. Very confused on why he did that because what would have been the solution after? Of course at this point I’d need fresh fries because you just took a bite of the food i ordered¿¿? Made no sense i stated “eating it is crazy do you not trust me? And what would have been the next step you return that to me or now you definitely have to make fresh ones”. Very unprofessional I’ve worked food service for years and never seen anything like that in my life. My opinion just pick another wing stop luckily i got my fries in end but my appetite was definitely ruined after watching a worker eat them??

- HKHerbert KelloggJan 15, 20264.0I prefer to give my business to local places wherever I go, but as far as chains go, Wingstop is solid. This particular location though isn’t my favorite. It seems like their consistency can use some work in using smaller pieces of chicken than I’m used to getting at Wingstop, but flavor is good and packaged well — and fries well portioned. I tend to wait for promos before I have Wingstop and I prefer some of their other locations until they work out some issues better. I typically give Wingstop locations 5 stars.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
