My questions, why would Wendy's system allow me to order something that is broken and NOT AVAILABLE? Why has marketing remove the item from availability? Is management mentally checked out? No offer at all to resolve the inconvenience. Someone incompetence is showing. Management do better

It spends half of its time sitting until eventually someone sees you waiting long enough. Also, how wild to forget syrups twice with a French toast order 😅😅 Thats my bad for not checking again
