    I visited recently and ordered a biggie bag. They asked what sauce I wanted. I said Sweet and Sour. I did not receive sweet and sour. I did not even receive the sweet chili sauce thats on my receipt. Instead I got scorching hot. It would have been nice for the worker to say "hey we dont have sweet and sour" instead of substituting my sauce without asking and it would have been even better if I received the sauce I asked for or that was put on my receipt. Double check your work, Wendys.

    We used the drive through today and they forgot to give a reciept for the order. As per the sign no reciept the order is free. They proceeded to just give me a reciept with a signature and wrote on the top 1 free meal. I went in and the manager said that is was just 1 meal and not the purchase price of what I bought through the drive through, he said it says on the reciept 1 meal not meals. I told him no it is for the purchase price of what I bought at the drive through he said no, but then another guy came over and said it is for the purchase price on the reciept. So all and all they made it right but not before the manager wanted to argue about it.

    My husband took me to eat dinner and I asked for my Biggie Bag WITHOUT mustard due to my allergy to mustard. When we received our meal bags my burger had mustard on it. I brought it to the employee that we did not receive a receipt with my given from the meals. According to their own posted policy: If no receipt is received the meal is free, must be redeemed immediately. So I inform the employee working drive thru and he says to me " oh it's in your bag, sorry it's not free." I know that the receipt is to be given at the time cash/change is exchanged. I'm still waiting to hear from Corporate bcz I'm not going to tolerate being jerked around by their inadequate employees mistakes!!
