After two separate visits, I can confidently say that this location is the worst. During both visits, I specifically requested freshly made food, a request that went unheard. Instead, I received items that were clearly not fresh and did not meet the standards I expect from Wendy's. It's disheartening to feel ignored as a customer, especially when you are looking forward to a satisfying meal. To make matters worse, I attempted to call the number on my receipt to address my concerns, but my call was forwarded to a personal cell phone, rather than the restaurant itself. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I believe that all the employees and supervisors at this location need to be held accountable for the poor service and quality I encountered. I am truly disappointed to have wasted my money here, and I hope management takes action to improve the experience for future customers.
