- RSRae Scott4 days ago1.0NEVER had to walk out of a restaurant before. Ordered a glass of wine, a beer, clam chowder, and calamari. Soup and calamari came out in TWO mins after ordered. Calamari was cold and stale and OBVIOUSLY under a heat lamp. They took it back to make us a new batch. 30 mins later our waitress (Dani I believe) walked by us multiple times and didn’t give us either an update on calamari NOR asked us for our order for the rest of our dinner. We decided to just leave a $20 and dip. The $20 was too generous for what we actually received. As we were walking out Dani didn’t even say anything to us. We aren’t ever coming back here. I’m very disappointed in our experience on a Friday evening.

The specials are always worth the money as well as the food.the server Emma has always taken interest in what I like always upselling a dessert and being very courteous and attentive to my needs.the fox reno has become a favorite staple to my day. Thank you fox reno and to the staff as well this restaurant is a blessing to reno residents.

When calling the restaurant to address the issues, it goes to a voicemail that has not been set up. I'd like to let them know about the problems I've had - maybe they're training new cooks - but twice now it's been the same issue. I will update this review to the 5 stars I know they are capable of when appropriate, but 2 bad meals in a row is not what I'm looking for in a restaurant. I hope this is not their new standard.
- MMMermamaDec 17, 20255.0Amazing!!! We haven't even left the parking lot and I HAD to start leaving a review! First, the food was SO good! My husband got the guacamole bacon burger (which he said was perfectly cooked medium rare - something he says is hard to find in a restaurant!), two of the kids got chicken tenders which were tasty (and my son said "best fries ever!"), another got the mac n cheese and loved it, and I got the chicken pot pie - BEST one EVER! Our waitress was Cory (sorry if misspelled!) and she was fantastic! She was super friendly and funny, knew a ton about the menu, and she made some great recommendations! The ambiance was awesome, everyone else who helped us were very friendly, and bonus - our teen daughter said the music was good!! We were traveling from California but if we ever have a chance to come here we definitely will!!
