  There was a hair in my cheesy potatoes and they forgot my fiancées cheesy potatoes but still charged him. They are always forgetting stuff or out of stuff. Been to this Taco Bell multiple times and always an issue. Taco Bell do better!

  What is the point of asking if everything is correct on the screen if nothing is correct in the order?? I ordered the new taco salad, removed the chipotle and added nacho cheese and onions. Imagine my surprise when I open it, there are no onions or cheese sauce, and instead there is chipotle sauce. What if someone who had an allergy to chipotle did the same? Absolutely disappointing, and a liability to say the least.

  We always go out of our way to come to this Taco Bell, even though there’s one closer to our house on Moana Lane. There’s just something about this location that consistently makes it worth the extra drive. One of my favorite little details is the joke of the day posted at the drive-thru window. If you ask, they’ll tell you the punchline. The jokes are usually corny, but they’re genuinely funny and add a personal, lighthearted touch you don’t expect from a fast-food place. It’s a small thing, but it really does brighten your day and makes this location feel welcoming and memorable. The drive-thru is only one lane, but it runs surprisingly smoothly and efficiently. Even when it looks busy, the line keeps moving. That’s a big contrast compared to places like McDonald’s, where we almost always get asked to pull forward and wait—even for a simple Quarter Pounder with cheese. That’s never been an issue here. The staff is consistently friendly and respectful. It seems like they have new employees working there fairly often, but despite that, I’ve never had a single rude interaction. Everyone has always been polite, patient, and helpful. The food has also never been bad—orders are accurate, fresh, and exactly what you’re hoping for when you stop at Taco Bell. Overall, this location does an excellent job from start to finish. Between the friendly service, reliable food, efficient one-lane drive-thru, and the fun little touches like the daily joke, this Taco Bell has earned our loyalty. We intentionally skip the closer location on Moana Lane just to come here—and honestly, if I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. If you want fast service, friendly people, and a reason to smile before you even get your food, this is the Taco Bell to go to.
