    Worst possible experience ever at this place. Came in to use the restroom, was told by the shift manager (with condescending attitude) that restrooms are for customers only. Totally get it especially with homeless people around, but she didn't understand that I was going to go through the drive through. I asked employees to speak to the manager, "we don't have one right now". Really? Then received more attitude from the shift manager who didn't like that I was upset and vocally expressing my disgust with her treatment. Mind you I was not yelling at the employees or using any kind of curse words at them. 1. Bc I worked at Taco Bell long ago and understand some customers are difficult. 2. Bc they just don't get paid enough. But here she was throwing attitude and accusations. I REFUSE to ever come here again. Absolute worst Taco Bell experience PERIOD. I will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint.

    The crunchy taco shells are stale but the tacos were very full and the meat was prepared well. I got my tacos faster then my payment could process and the guy at the counter was very fast and efficient.

    It could all be easy. But no , ZERO sauces in my bag. & I know they read in the receipt , because it literally says it on the bag. I don’t understand why this is a constant thing. Is it really that hard ?

    The food was not prepared well and seemed cold and old and the employees were very short sooken and unattentive. They assumed my order was to go and even claimed it to be, refused to let me charge my device, and I had to ask permission to use the bathroom like I was a child.
