Either extremely lazy or inexperienced employees. Food quality is atrocious. Items are barely assembled correctly. I ordered a sausage breakfast crunchwrap this morning, and received it without any sausage. Just eggs and hashbrowns. That was the last straw for me. Somebody needs to be fired or retrained. Will not be visiting this taco bell again.

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for several years. I'm from CA, but I have a close friend I visit who lives near the subject TB. I would rate the complexity of my orders at 5 out of 10. For example, I usually order the original chips and cheese nachos. However, things, as you can imagine, become increasingly complicated, understandably so, when I add an extra side of cheese to go with the chips and cheese nachos. Due to the increased complexity presented by the addition of side cheese, it is more than understandable how the worker at this subject TB may have overlooked the addition to my nacho and cheese order. However, when I turn around to go back to the subject TB to politely request the complete fulfillment of my order (e.g., the provision of the omitted extra side of cheese), I am always greeted with a pleasant worker who is more than willing to provide me a replacement for the side cheese missing from my order. It is not often that one is met with such genuine empathy as expressed by the workers at this subject TB after realizing there was a mistake in my relatively complex nacho order. For this reason, I highly recommend this subject TB if you're currently considering dining at this subject TB.
P.S. I have attached photos showing the ultimate, complete fulfillment of my nacho and cheese, with the extra side of cheese of course.

Whoever is training the employees here needs to get it together !! I go to this taco bell often since I'm a college student living nearby and while the night shift treats me right, any other time of day is ridiculous 🤦♀️ I understand its a lot of teenagers working here but it ain't that hard to pretend to care atleast a little bit.
Expect to have to go in and ask for something they forgot in your order or to tell them to remake something. I've oftentimes gotten back cheesy rollups folded like a taco despite the fact I was the only order so there was no need to rush. It's the easiest thing to make on the menu for crying out loud!
When the food is good, it's very good, but it doesn't happen super often. Unless you're going late at night, go with caution.
