I had told him if I waited any longer I’d be late going back to work, and that if it was ok for them to just prepare my 2 sandwiches in the evening instead. He said he’ll try to tell the next person, but he only makes sandwiches on the time it says on the receipt. I don’t think he even tried or cared about it. Cause I saw the next person for the upcoming shift at that location, and by the time I got back to work and called him he said he was already making it. I probably won’t be picking it up after all this hassle. I’m back at work with no sandwich for the remainder of my 10 hour shift. The app doesn’t let me cancel or reschedule orders. I don’t think I was asking for a big request, just to change the pick up time
