We pulled up to the speaker, told them what order we were getting, and waited 10 minutes before getting to the window! Finally get to the window, they say they are making is now. Sit at the window in excess of 15 minutes for an online order that should have been done before getting to the window? I am baffled! They brought 5 other orders out for people behind us! Seems like they need some help getting orders out!

- KLK LenNov 6, 20252.0I come here about 2-3x a week. The servers and staff I’ve engaged with are absolutely wonderful. They’re very friendly! The problem is the drinks. It’s not consistent. One day the ice will be fine, the next time, there will be an inch floating at the top. Sometimes you can taste the lime, cherry or vanilla that’s added, sometimes you can’t. There may or may not be cherries added to the cherry limeades. Not sure if it’s just a lack of knowledge or a lack of effort, But I’d highly recommend some updated training just to make sure everybody’s on the same page and what the drinks taste like when they’re made properly.
