- IMIrene MeadorsSep 21, 20251.0I understand that customer service isn’t always easy I get it but there’s a limit to how you service people my experience was horrible I showed the lady my order she was playing games with me and lied and said my order wasn’t here it was somewhere else after I just showed here the proof the order was in a different name and I told her the name she was still lying and said it wasn’t there when I’m literally looking at it right front of my face and she kept asking if I was door dashing or Uber I told no multiple times I told her that my boyfriend was the one the who ordered and asked who my was boyfriend was I told the name and still kept lying she knew I wasn’t gonna give up and she finally gave me the order but through at me. That’s not cool at all!! Like I said I worked in customer service before it’s never perfect but there’s also right and wrong. And my order was saggy.
