  We were heading to Mountain Mike’s and drove by and saw the lunch buffet sign-AYCE for $12.50. Decided to give it a comparison since it included the salad bar. Super friendly customer service and very helpful. Asked what my favorite pizza is and made me vegetable pizza with sausage and red sauce. My husband usually only eats salad bar items so I will review that first: Nice fresh romaine and spinach. Mushrooms were not fresh at all-brown and black. Broccoli, beets, black olives, onions, red beans, carrots and various toppings like cheese and sunflower seeds. Several containers needed refilling and especially the ranch dressing container. There were several other items available such as macaroni and potato salad. IMO the canned fruit cocktail, peaches, and oranges were not needed and more salad ingredients would be better. (Cauliflower, artichokes, etc) The pudding was definitely not necessary. They did offer a container of hot potato soup but we didn’t try it. Pizza: there were a couple pieces of sausage on each slice but very small. I liked that it was on thin crust. The green peppers were not diced but a ring cut in half, as well as the onions. (A negative) About 1.5-2” of the top of the slices were just crust without toppings. Bottom line is we prefer Mountain Mike’s buffet. The restaurant was very clean.

  We recently visited under the new ownership, and I just want to say what an amazing job the new owner is doing! You can truly see the care and effort being put into both the food and the overall experience. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything came out hot and delicious. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. It’s clear that there’s a positive atmosphere and strong leadership behind the scenes. It’s so nice to see a local spot thriving and improving. Keep up the great work — we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

  We had a great time at pizza factory! We ordered a deep dish and loved it. The new owner was super nice and welcoming! Would recommend checking this place out!

  Ordered pizza and wings for delivery unfortunately that is not what I received. I ordered directly from the website to avoid using DoorDash but the business ended up using DoorDash anyway. They brought me the completely wrong order and the driver told me he couldn’t do anything that’s what he was given. When calling the restaurant to try to receive my original order, the workers were very nice but did not have a helpful solution. They told me since they use DoorDash to deliver I could place an order for my original order and repay the delivery which was $7! I said I did not want to pay this fee again as this was not my mistake, and asked for a refund but they were unable to refund. Very disappointed, out $66 with pizza toppings I hate no chicken wings or mozzarella sticks.
