  Atmosphere was great and I would have given the food five stars but there were shells in the sushi. The waitress literally scoffed when my party of five asked for separate checks. I know it’s not the easiest, but that’s why I mentioned it before we ordered. She said something like “that’s what every server loves, separate checks..”. Aside from that, I had to remind her of my drink order half way through dinner service. She also forgot my condiments for my leftovers, although she was the one who offered it. I still tipped 20% because I come from the food service industry, but honestly she didn’t deserve it. At this price point, I was expecting a more polished experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, but I would certainly request a different server.

  Poor food , not well seasoned. Poor service , waiter forgot extra dressing I requested and had me sitting for atleast 15 mins while my food was getting cold . Then I ordered sushi and it took so long to come out . Mind you I am very patient and a big tipper but this place is a waste of money !

  Well I am sure the food would be good if you ate on Friday or Tuesday when the fish was delivered. I paid a lot of money for my daughter to be on a plane this morning sick from the Nigiri she ate last night that was 3 days old.

  We had dinner there last night and ordered sushi, fried oysters, and a Mazatlan Cocktail. The sushi and oysters were filling, so we took the Mazatlan Cocktail to go. Tried the Mazatlan Cocktail today and it tasted like the tomato broth had gone bad, as if it had fermented (had a sour, fizzy taste). No complaints about the service or the rest of the meal, as both were great, but felt this needed to be shared since it involves a food safety concern. We've been coming here for years without issue, so hopefully this was an isolated incident.

  One of the best sushi spots I’ve been to, and that saying something. I was fortunate to be served by the head sushi chef for my unlimited sushi experience. A good value if you’re hungry or have a hollow leg, as the rolls are elaborate and delicious. A must stop.
