Fish and chips plate needs to have real pieces of fish. When took the breading out, it was three small pieces the size of your index finger.
Disappointed.

Just had lunch there. Service was impeccable. Food was delicious. Cooked perfectly and seasoned really well. Definitely would go back 10/10 recommend.

The crab was good
But overpriced.
The service can be
Poor sometimes when
Ordering other items.
If I come here again
I'll probably order
Ahead of time
And pick up
To go.
Only because there
Aren't alot of places
I can get a whole
Crab in Reno.
The dining
Room isn't
Much to
Look at.
Kinda like
A cafeteria
Style.

We came here for Valentine’s Day and were really excited for a special seafood dinner, but overall we left disappointed. The service was good — the staff tried hard even though it was super busy — but the food did not live up to expectations at all.
We ordered the king crab and shrimp, and both were extremely dry and overcooked, which made them tough to enjoy. For two people, our bill was about $450, and at that price point you’d expect well-prepared, flavorful seafood — but sadly that wasn’t our experience.
We didn’t mention anything while we were there because the place was packed and felt chaotic, but looking back it really wasn’t worth the cost or the hype. Hoping it was just an off night, but at these prices quality should be consistent

A very terrible experience just happened to my spouse and me this noon. I treated my friend and his family to lunch there. The service was fine at the beginning, and I was planning to leave a 20% tip.
Near the end of the meal, my partner discovered a piece from the soda machine faucet inside his Coke. We informed the server, and she came over without saying anything--no explanation or apology--and simply brought a new Coke.
The bill already included an 18% gratuity. She said the menu states that parties of five or more are charged a gratuity, but we had a two-year-old child who only ate a few fries. She said this was their policy. I told her the money was not the issue, but their handling of the situation was unacceptable. Finding a part of the soda machine in a drink is extremely disgusting, and if it caused any issues, it could pose a health risk since my partner had already consumed it.
The server then said this kind of thing happens often and that it has occurred more than once at their restaurant, and that their sanitation standards are fine. She also said that if my partner has health problems, we could bring a hospital report to them. Her attitude was very poor. From the beginning, she said "Jesus" to me and claimed we had communication issues due to language barriers.
We asked to speak with a manager, but they said only the owner was available. When I asked for the owner's contact information, they refused to provide it. I asked them to pass our phone number to the owner instead.
Overall, the service attitude was extremely poor and very unprofessional.
