She swings open the window and hands me my bag without saying anything, I asked for 2 ranches, she said they're 25 cents each, I say okay and reach for my purse and she slams the window. I wait for about 2 minutes with my hand and card out the window, she swings open the window and hands me 2 ranches then slams it closed again without taking my card...so I drove away. WTH?!

When I called to have it refunded, she told me I had to drive back to the store to get a refund. Given that we live in a technology world, it didn't make sense for me to drive 10 miles back to the store for two apple pies that they didn't place on my order. The worst part is that the manager didn't give a crap about taking care of us or making a reasonable solution to accomodate my family. She wanted to bleed us out and cause us pain. I will never nor recomend anyone go to this Mcdonalds. Kris Cassady, if this is your store, fire them all!!!!
