  When the sun hits the drive thru menu board, you can’t see anything! Please fix your menu and make it readable

  Has an 80yr old grandma in the drive through. We asked for a ranch & spicy snack wrap. She got it wrong multiple times. Pointed out that it was 6. C. on the menu. We were wrung up for a spicy snack wrap. She then proceeded to stay sitting down and we had to lean far out the truck to reach INSIDE her window to get our card and receipt back. I'm sorry but she needs to retire and yall put someone capable in the position.

  I asked the guy for a snack wrap when they first came out specifically did not spicy one and he kept reading over the order saying spicy? Spicy? Spicy? And I was like no I don’t want the spicy when I want the normal one and I was about to pass out with my car because I just took my medicine and I need to eat with it but then I didn’t end up getting any food because he basically declined my order so then I sped out and he was laughing at me.

  Kinda of the usual McDonald's experience. Not much better then most McDonald's. Sometimes you get a warm burger that didnt sit for too long in the steamer and sometimes its fresh.
