  Been here 2 times in the last year. Both times they didnt give me all my food and I had to go back. This time they knew but they didn't have any hash browns ready. Its called communication or a refund. Not just we don't give toh all your order and let you drive back then make to stand there for 10 minutes while nobody how works there will even look at you while you got kids j the car. Reno has other locations. Go there.

  So rude and unprofessional. Rolling eyes when THEY get the order wrong. Little girl in the drive through was extremely rude.

  Yo, I rolled up to this McDonald's in Reno (you know, one of those classic spots where the drive-thru line snakes around like it's auditioning for a Python movie) thinking I'd grab a quick Big Mac combo. Boy, was I wrong. This place is operating on some next-level "minimal effort" mode. if you're into dark humor about greasy despair. First off, the line. Bro, I aged a full year waiting in that drive-thru. There were like 12 cars ahead, moving slower than a sloth on NyQuil. I had time to learn Spanish on Duolingo, reconsider my life choices, and watch an entire TikTok documentary on why Reno McD's are apparently ranked among the worst in the WORLD (thanks, Reddit – y'all weren't lying). Finally get to the window after what felt like a hostage situation... They hand me the bag. No receipt. Nada. Zilch. I ask for one – crickets. The employee just stares like I requested the nuclear codes. Cool, guess I'm trusting the honor system that they didn't charge me for a McMansion instead of a McMeal. Get home, hands already slick from the fries leaking oil like a BP spill. Open the bag... NO NAPKINS. Not one. Not even a sad half-sheet. I'm sitting there with burger grease up to my elbows, looking like I just wrestled a deep fryer. Had to use my shirt – now I match the McDonald's uniform. Pro tip: If you're eating here, bring your own roll of paper towels or just embrace the shine. You'll glow in the dark from all the residual oil. Food was standard Mickey D's – hot, salty, regret-inducing – but the whole vibe? This location is running on fumes, prayers, and whatever's left in the napkin dispenser from 2019. Slow service, missing basics, zero receipts... it's like they read the employee handbook upside down. Reno McDonald's, you're not "lovin' it" – you're barely toleratin' it. 1 star for the entertainment value alone. Next time, I'm hitting In-N-Out. At least they pretend to care.

  Ordered breakfast for 2 & one of the orange juices looked different than the other. On tasting both, one was obviously very watered down. This was after waiting in the drive through behind one other vehicle for over 15 minutes because the staff did not make the large order ahead of me pull in to park as is corporate policy. The food itself was fine, but not the warmest. When i went in to get my drink replaced, there were 4 other people actively making complaints. Overall this location has gone downhill.

  This McDonald's is the worst. The late night gals where very rude and didn't even say that they were closed. She brushed me off. Management needs to talk with these employees. Won't be back.
