- PJPaula JuarezFeb 17, 20261.0I visited this establishment during lunch time, and my experience was disappointing. I placed an order, but the BBQ sauces were missing. When I approached the front for assistance, no one responded. After trying to get attention politely and watching people continually pass by, I stepped into the section between the counter and kitchen to get attention. Selina, "the manager," told me I couldn’t be back there, even after I explained the missing items. She repeated her instruction, and I became frustrated. She then told another staff member wearing earbuds to hand over the sauces. The employee handed over the sauce and provided me with her personal unsolicited opinion regarding my actions. I suggested she remove her earbuds so she could hear me next time. I understand the challenges of the food industry and am usually patient with mistakes, but this situation showed a clear lack of training and professionalism. I also tried to collect the employees’ names for this statement, but Selina refused and mocked me. I hope management can address these problems and provide proper training, as the staff’s behavior was the main issue.
