In the 30 minutes we waited for our order, three people walked out because they didn't have anyone that could take an order at the counter and they weren't able to use the kiosks. I know its a holiday, but 30 minutes at a McDonald's is crazy. We ended up leaving with only part of our order.

You do realize people can go to a real restaurant and sit down and have their food in the time its take you to cook one fast food meal? At the prices you're charging now they might as well. mcdonalds isnt even fast lmfao what is the point?
