Chicken in the snack wrap was so overbreaded and dry, hard to eat(even when you're really hungry and tired). Didn't get any napkins, or sauce in the bag. This place and this experience was not consistent, really don't feel like going back here ever.

How is a public restaurant simultaneously private property? That's a contradiction. Also, as a major fan of their iced coffees, the consistently fill it three-quarters full because fundamentally they did not add enough ice or they did not add enough coffee. Another time I was using the restroom and a woman came in opened the stall I was in and told me I had to get out, simply because I look homeless, not because of raising my voice or causing a problem. On the contrary, I am actually very quiet and reserved and keep to myself. I have given zero reason other than being poor. I do not take longer then it takes to finish my meal and I adamantly clean up my trash and respect others. My service dog is extremely well behaved and continuously complimented on his calmness, demeanor, and friendliness everyday.
