Didn’t have Dr.Pepper in stock, could barely hear the person on the intercom through the drive through, forgot my sauce so I had to go back in. The bag was crinkled up, and I had a quarter pounder and fries. My burger was cold, like it had been sitting there for a while, too much sauce, fries were limp and kind of gross. Not to mention the fries weren’t even filled up all the way. Haven’t been to a McDonalds in a while and decided it was a fast food night for me, good this inspired me to never step foot in one again. More disgusting than I remembered.

Unfortunately I work nights and this place is one of the only places open late. This McDonald's consistently gets my orders wrong. Missing items in bag, missing ingredients on things, also the service is terrible.

This store is terrible every time I come here. I waited in drive through for a good 5 minutes at the pickup window, then they asked me to park. Really? Like you couldn’t figure out what you needed for my order in those first five minutes? What the heck. It’s just terrible customer service. Then I waited another 5 minutes to get the food. Get better.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 30 minutes in the drive through line. 3 people in front of me. Not a single person gets to place their order. Nothing. No one. But the delivery drivers coming up to pickup their orders inside can come and go in a jiffy.

I wish a negative review was an option for this one. We ordered on the mobile app and when we picked it up, the man refused to give us our second order of pancakes, saying that we had not ordered it. Although she had the receipt on her phone and offered to show the receipt, he refused to give us our order. She brought the order home and I had to call the McDonalds office to be able we could pick up the item that we had already paid for. My roommate had to drive back to pick up the item and when she asked if she could have the coffee replaced also because it was only half full and cold at this point, he told her that if she wanted to pay for the coffee, it would be a 20-30 minute wait for a black coffee. I havent been ordering from McDonalds for a while because there is always some kind of issue when I do, but now I believe I am completely done with McDonalds. Their prices are no better than most places anymore. You can find plenty of local places with better quality food, comparable prices, if not better prices elsewhere. But mainly, if you go anywhere else, you won’t get verbally assaulted by the staff and refused items that you have paid for. There were 4 other people in line upset with their service and the man “helping” them, was extremely rude to an older gentleman right in front of us, who walked out infuriated from his experience. Its as if you are asking their employees to do you a favor and not provide a service that you are paying for and that they are being paid to provide. As all of this was happening, where was the management to actually assist the customers? We asked for the employee’s name and he said it was Alex, but then another employee called him Isaac, so it was clear that he did not want to provide his name or any kind of acceptable customer service.. Failed experience and lost an hour and a half to a McDonald’s breakfast. Never again…
