  Very disappointing experience. I ordered 4 McChicken sandwiches but was only given 1. I also ordered a 10-piece nugget, but only received 6 pieces even though I was charged for the full 10-piece order. I was very clear when placing my order, so it was frustrating to receive an incomplete order and still be charged for items I didn’t receive. Please double-check orders before handing them out, because customers expect to get exactly what they paid for.

  I hate to say it but I'm done with this location and probably done with the chain all together. This is the third time in the last month that my order from ordering to having it took over 15 minutes at a fast food restaurant. I've run full service restaurants for over 20 years and I would tell you that there are a lot of restaurants in the full service environment that can can be 15 minutes from order to handing you food. I get that it's hard to hire and it's busy, but this just actually seems to be okay with them at this point..

  After being called a "cochino" from female morning manager that I don't know. I decided to go back and see if anything suspicious happens. The same girl goes out of her way to turn her back to me while at the register and proceeded to have someone else cash me out. (I don't know this girl so I'm obviously being stalked). This is a location with shady employees.

  Slowest McDonald's ever for a customer service they need a better management in here to get things moving a lot quicker and also better staff.

  I paid for hot honey. They keep giving me honey mustard. Or just regular honey. For the love of god have these people sit down and practice reading or something. Its happened 4 times in a row at this point I dont think these people CAN read.
