The interior of the restaurant is absolutely disgusting and hazardous. There was a woman sitting at the table with scissors and clippers, cutting bloody scabs, fingernails, and sores onto paper towels in the restaurant booth as an employee watched and handed me my corrected food order. I only entered the restaurant because the drive-through gave me someone else’s order. I tried to call the health department.

Just went through the drive thru. The guy asked for my son's credit card and then flipped it at him, so it fell on the ground. My son asked him "Why did you do that?" He said "Because you didn't hand it to me right."
He was inappropriate, impolite and unprofessional. Then he yelled at us "Do not come back!" Guess what? We won't!!
Way to go McDonalds....way to represent Reno to visitors.

Order chicken nuggets a a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich during lunch and it was all cold. Not only was it all cold but for some reason somebody had ordered a McChicken with Mac sauce and they tore off the special order tag and put it in someone's bag to save money. Also they did not give me any sauces for my chicken nuggets. This is all through the drive-thru so you know they Bank on you not coming back to fix the order. Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's I will not be going back. Reshelving a McChicken with Mac sauce special order is obviously a management decision and I'm sure that they are told to do this.

During my recent visit, I experienced customer service that fell far below expectations. The employee named Imelda assisting me appeared visibly frustrated and allowed her personal feelings to spill into the interaction. Instead of providing professional service, she expressed her irritation directly to customers, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
I understand that everyone has tough days, but customer-facing roles require professionalism and courtesy. This location would benefit from additional training focused on communication, customer interaction, and maintaining a positive environment—even during stressful moments.
I hope management uses this feedback to improve staff support and customer experience moving forward.
