  Took 10 minutes just to get someone's attention to the counter so I could place an order and then it took another 8 to 10 minutes for them to bring me my food at which point I discovered that they did not give me any utensils so I went back to the counter and had to wait another probably 5 minutes before I could get someone's attention again to get me the utensils and then I opened the food and realized that there was no syrup and so I had to go back to the counter and wait an additional 5 minutes during which time I was unable to get anyone's attention and finally gave up and left. No I'm not exaggerating about the time. I understand when people make mistakes what I don't understand is when people ignore the counter for a long period of time.

  THE MOST, DISGUSTING BATHROOMS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A RESTAURANT. Urinal not working, sign says "Do Not Use" so in the stall there is urine all over the floor. Someone wiped their backside and threw it on the floor. And just a buildup of dirt. Shame on you lazy people. This manager should be reprimanded. Needless to say I did not order anything.

  Got cheeseburgers for the kids and bread was super hard. Got a quarter pounder and meat was in broken pieces LOL. Staff was full of teenage kids that didn’t care. It is what it is. Don’t waste your money at this location.
