No big deal since we live close just ran back to location to explain situation and long story shortened....I got my sandwich but was a bit of a gruff time to get it.

I’m done and will never attend this place again. The store will not disclose the owner information and phone number only goes to messages and never returns call. Very unprofessional behavior and business practices. They do not want to take responsibility for their actions.

The restaurant wasn’t even packed and they forgot a patty in all of our Big Macs, 6 burgers total. I would understand if they were extremely busy but the restaurant wasn’t even packed pretty empty and no line in the drive thru

No one makes eye contact with you here. No one asks is there's anything they can help you with. This is constant. Why should I have to go to a different McDonald's why can't you just do proper service. Your bags claim locally owned, do you not care about your own locals that keep you in business. Terrible and only getting worse.
