- CSChelsea StephanSep 20, 20252.0We came in Monday night for dinner and sat on the rooftop. There was 1 server who was also the bartender running the rooftop by herself and she did a wonderful job! It was also fairly busy. Food and drinks were great so my stars left in my review are for her, she deserves the 5! Tonight Saturday night we came back for dinner and drinks as a date night and even got a baby sitter for the night. We again chose to sit on the rooftop. Tonight there were 2 servers, 1 bartender and 1 host, so a total of 4 people on staff at the rooftop. We sat for 15 minutes without being acknowledge by anyone other than the host that sat us. 10 minutes after we were sat two other tables we sat down and they immediately were greeted and had drinks. Very disappointed as there was over three times the staff tonight as was on Monday. Let’s just say our date night was ruined because we got up and left and I don’t know that I’ll be going back because the staff care more about chit chatting and hanging out versus treating their guests.

Then two more tables got sat and immediately a server was there. Both tables got drinks and still no server to our table. Ended up just leaving

I had last-minute RSVPs for a surprise birthday party for my husband, and I called Tahoe AleWorx and Jason was so professional and accommodating. He was able to put together part of the patio for our friends and family and everyone’s kids with a 3-hr notice. I just can’t thank them enough. A huge shout out and thank you to the wait staff, the bartenders being able to tolerate all of the kids & the size of our party. I sincerely apologize for some of the running around! Some of our friends had never been to Tahoe AleWorx before & they loved the food & atmosphere. Definitely returning customers! Not only did I meet Jason & others from the wait staff, but I also got to meet the owner, Luca (sorry if I spelled that wrong!). Very nice, excellent customer service, & the prices for booking a space & food/drinks was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant/venue & they have a forever customer 💜.
