  I don’t usually leave negative reviews but want to warn others because we were so disappointed with the entire experience after reading other positive past reviews. Burgers were ok but a little underwhelming and boring. The bacon was totally undercooked. French fries were shoestring which we love usually but these were overdone and rock hard. I had a chicken biscuit and the biscuit crumbled apart as soon as I picked it up. Self service ordering screen and they didn’t honor the condiment removal choices. The wait time for the food was 30 mins when the restaurant was practically empty. Won’t go back and we have no idea how the reviews are so great unless the midtown crowd is just glazing them.

  This place serves a good bacon double cheeseburger. Bens good with pouring the beers. Amazing views from the roof deck. Cheers.

  I ordered a double cheese burger, nuggets, and garlic fries from this place thru delivery. They were so fast, and the food that was dropped off was hot and smelled awesome. The burger was really well balanced with the ingredients super fresh and the burgers had those delicious crispiness on the edges. The nuggets were crunchy, seasoned nicely, and the chicken tasted fresh. But what stood out is the garlic fries. It might very well be the best french fries I’ve had in my life. Each fry was perfectly crispy and seasoned evenly and there was a really good portion. Also there was an awesome amount of garlic, parm, and herbs on top of that. And to top that off, almost a whole head amount of roasted garlic cloves on top of that ❤️🤤. The flavor was insane. I’m now sure - it’s definitely the best French fries I’ve ever had in my life. If you are in the mood for a burger joint to hit that one fast food type craving, but you want really good food quality, flavor, and large but nicely balanced ingredient portions, this place will do that. Huge huge huge shout out to the cooks, keep up the good work, you are making Reno a better place. I’ll be back to dine in in person.

  The burgers were honestly amazing. The buns were super soft, the veggies were really fresh, and overall everything was just on point. The fries were phenomenal, seriously, probably the best thing on the menu. They also had a few other options, like Italian sodas, so I tried one out and it was actually pretty good. The garlic fries were made with real garlic, which I really appreciated, and the portions were surprisingly generous for what you pay. The vibe of the place was great too, we didn’t have to wait at all to get a table, and the space is pretty big, so it’s perfect to come with friends or family. Definitely a solid spot.
