One of my favorite burgers in town. Burgers are always delicious. Garlic fries and soooo garlicky and perfect. Food was ready when it was estimated and the staff were friendly. Will always recommend

I like Incline Burger, but today's service was a major disappointment. It started off seeing the front door propped open and the side window to let a fairly strong breeze run through the lobby, only to see a lady take her sweet time tapping in her order on the tablet placed on the front counter. There were three adults (and for whatever reason, a child) in the kitchen that did not come out for the first 15 minutes of my visit. The first 8 minutes were waiting for the lady ahead of me to finish tapping in her order on the front counter tablets, which were very sticky by the way. That same lady had to say, "Excuse me." four times before someone heard her over the Mexican music playing in the kitchen, while there was other music playing in the dining area. After placing my order and taking a seat, there finally comes someone from the kitchen to the front counter to take the two customers' orders behind me. Unfortunately, he used the same glove to tap in their orders on that sticky tablet up front to check in the back which burgers in the expo window have grilled onions for my order. I wasn't going to make a scene by speaking to anyone about it, but I'm displeased with what I witnessed. My order included two double incline burgers and one regular incline burger. Unless the patties are measured differently and they always stack two on top of each other, this can be a profit loss since all three of my burgers had 2 patties in them. As a consumer, I'm glad to receive more than what I pay for, but as a businessman, I hope not to see Incline Burger go under for this type of mismanagement. I don't think I'll return to this location in Reno again. The burgers do taste good, despite knowing how and with what they were touched, but I wish the customer service and food health and safety measures weren't ignored.
