  I love the Flowing Tide Pubs: plenty of choices, many big screen TVs. Appetizer Buffalo wings & fries: very good, the fries were excellent. Pretty big for an appetizer. Ordered pan roast, got pot roast. I said, it looks great, but I ordered the pan roast. Laura said, yes, this is it. A bit of a language/accent barrier. She took it back, and I got pan roast later. The pan roast is okay. My standard in the Truckee Meadows is John Ascuaga's (or just the Nugget Casino now). I'm looking for creamy, buttery, and plenty of seafood. 2 of 3 - didn't taste the butter, it was more sweet than savory. The garlic toast was yum. No Coke Zero, it's a Pepsi joint, but only Diet Pepsi and not Pepsi Zero.

  1st visit to that location 🙂 nice bar, friendly staff, great service, good was very good 👍 and the menu has a good selection of items!

  We’ve eaten here a few times and the service has always been OK but last night was pretty terrible. There was a fight that broke out in the bar (apparently pre-existing drama between the manager and a customer) , our server clearly forgot to put in our food (she came up to us asking if we were ready for our check, and we hadn’t even gotten our food yet), when I told her that, she just walked away and never came back. 20 minutes later I had to go find her and tell her that we wanted our food boxed to go and our check. 2 out of 4 orders came out first, then the other two we had to wait even longer for. Listen - I get being “down a cook” and even forgetting to put in a food order, but there was zero accountability from our waitress AND the manager. They took a few items off the tab, but that doesn’t really resolve the fact that we were gaslit as a paying customers. So we won’t be returning. Sat down at 5:45pm, didn’t get our food until 7pm.
